Who I am
Refaela Ades
Kabbalah · Energy Healing · Israel
Brazilian-born, based in Israel for over twelve years. Everything I practice, I learned here — from teachers rooted in the living tradition, in accordance with Halachá.
I studied in Jewish schools my whole life — the texts, the structure, the language of the tradition were always there. But at 18, something else started calling. I went looking for the embodied side of it — the expansion of consciousness, the part that doesn’t stay in the book, the part that lives in the body, in the breath, in real life.
And a whole world opened.
I am also an energy healer and therapist, working with individuals and groups. My work brings together Jewish mysticism, energetic healing and the meridian system of Chinese Medicine — because each layer reaches something the others can’t do alone.
Knowing is not enough. Something has to actually shift.
